On December 7, 2017, the Governing Body approved the cancellation of Bidding Process CNH-A5-NOBILIS-MAXIMINO/2017. Resolution issued by the Governing Body during the 66th Extraordinariy Session

The National Hydrocarbons Commission has provided all citizens with access to the White Paper of Bidding Process CCNH-A5-NOBILIS-MAXIMINO/2017 to select a partner for Pemex Exploración y Producción, subsidiary of Petróleos Mexicanos, the State-owned production company, which can be found under the second tab of this section. Likewise, the subsequent tabs feature supporting documents on the most relevant actions, organized according to the different stages established in the Administrative Regulations for Bidding Processes for Hydrocarbon Exploration and Extraction Contracts.

2. Admissibility of the Migration

3. Contractual Model Selection per each Contract Area

4. Awarding Mechanism and Variable Selection for Contract Area Awarding

5. Production of the prequaification criteria and information required for the invitation to bid and bidding guidelines. 

Official Notice whereby the Ministry of Energy sends information for the preparation of the Bidding Guidelines in accordance with the Hydrocarbon Law, article 13, which, in the case of Entitlements migrated to Hydrocarbon Exploration and Extraction Contracts, foresaw that the State-owned Production Company must be interested in an alliance or farmout with legal entitites, and that CNH must perform a Bidding Process to select the partner. The Ministry of Energy is in charge of submitting the necessary information for the publication of the Invitation to Bid to CNH, as foreseen in the Regulations of the Hydrocarbon Law, articles 35 and 36 (Spanish Version Only).

In accordance with Agreement CNH.E.66.002/2017 dated September 7, 2017, the Governing Body resolved on cancelling Bidding Process CNH-A5-NOBILIS-MAXIMINO/2017 to select a partnerr for Pemex Exploración y Producción, subsidiary of Petróleos Mexicanos, the State-owned production company, with aims at jointly performing Hydrocarbon Exploration and Extraction under a License Contract. Therefore, there is no document to show in this section.
